Craft Making Shop accepts returns and issues refunds for products up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Any purchases made more than 90 days prior will not be considered for a refund or for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. 

Here are our Return Policies:

  • Returns and refunds will be considered for products purchased up to 90 days prior.
  • Refunds are applied to the form of payment used in the original purchase.
  • The cost of shipping is refunded only if the shipment is not completed.
    • If the shipping service is completed satisfactorily, it is not an eligible part of the return.
  • Return shipping is only available for defective or incorrectly processed orders.
  • We do not currently offer account credit or replacements for out of stock items.
